The staff was helpful, and they stored my bags after i checked out. the location was convenient. It was a short walk to st james shopping mall. the room was warm, nice after being out in the cold, but the bed was super comfy too.
The mirrors were quite low. I needed to be much shorter to see myself properly. the towels were also small. i also noticed there wasn't a radiator in the bathroom, which i thought was an odd omission.
